During off hours, our answering service will relay emergency situations to our physicians. Non-urgent calls will be addressed during regular business hours.
Our physicians are committed to patients, and devote as much time as needed to each patient and situation. Please be patient if you are waiting. While we recognize the importance of your time, the same care and attention will be shown to you when you are with the physician.
Please arrive 15 minutes early for your appointment so that your information can be processed in a timely manner. Please note that patients arriving 15 minutes past their scheduled time create an inconvenience for those who have arrived on-time. Late arrivals will be rescheduled for another appointment.
Referrals are patient's responsibility. Patients arriving without a valid referral will be able to take a few moments to contact their Primary Care Physician, or will be asked to reschedule.
Insurance and Billing
Please contact our office to verify acceptance of your insurance plan. Qualifications for insurance coverage may differ due to the uniqueness of each procedure. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own gastroenterologist.

REFERRALS ARE THE PATIENT'S RESPONSIBILITY. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE YOUR REFERRAL OR IF YOUR PRIMARY PHYSICIAN DID NOT ENTER ONE INTO THE SYSTEM, YOU WILL BE RESCHEDULED FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT.
We accept cash,check, and credit cards. Payment schedules can be discussed with our billing staff.
