Prior to your scheduled procedure, your physician will provide you with specific instructions on how to prepare yourself for your upcoming procedure. If you have any questions concerning this preparation, please do not hesitate to call your doctor's office. Please plan to arrive on time.

Your procedure and subsequent recovery time usually take approximately 2-3 hours. Due to the sedation you will receive for your procedure, you will not be permitted to drive yourself home and should make plans for someone to either accompany you or pick you up afterwards. You will receive a follow-up telephone call after your procedure from one of our Endoscopy nurses. If you have any questions or concerns at any time, please do not hesitate to call your doctor.
