We are fortunate to have four Registered Nurses on staff with a total of over 75 years of nursing experience.
Carol, our Senior RN has been with our group since 1992. She was here in the very beginning, pre “Hamilton Gastroenterology” when the practice was simply known as “Riaz Iqbal, M.D., P.C.” Carol is our most senior employee, and is currently responsible for the nursing activity for Drs. Afridi and Zamir.

She is often referred to as the ‘heart' of Hamilton GI for her genuine compassionate and caring manner. Susan joined us in 2003. The patients of Drs. Iqbal and Baig have grown to love her high energy level, attention to detail and sincerity. As our practice grew to further meet the needs of the community, we recognized the need for an additional RN.

Lisa, who has her BSN, joined our family in 2004, and has proven to be a vital part of our nursing staff. She offers her medical expertise to the patients of Drs. Marulendra and Fayyaz, and is appreciated for her directness, enthusiasm and humor.
